When Audrey asked me if I would photograph her Senior Portraits, I literally jumped up and down with glee! I have known Audrey for a while and have always been captivated by her inner and outer beauty, kindness, grace, poise, her laugh, and zeal for life. I just knew together we would create some seriously fabulous images! We began planning the perfect photo shoot to capture Audrey’s style, which she describes with two words: Urban Outfitters! I suggested that Audrey visit Craig Berns Salon in downtown Delafield to get glammed up before her shoot, and they did such an incredible job with her hair & makeup. Getting professionally styled helps SO much with the final outcome of your photos, because stylists know what shows up best in the camera. We met up at Milwaukee Street Traders Coffee Shop and photographed to our hearts’ content all over downtown Delafield. A special thanks to the Pink Shopping Bag for inviting us to use their back alley with beautiful trellis, ivy, ferns, and the kiss of a perfect sunset. If it looks like we photographed until the sun truly set, well, we did. We wrapped up in Nashotah Park at dusk to bring the eclectic, stylish, part-rustic, nature-loving, hippie-esque Urban Outfitters feel full circle.
