Brianna & Luke said “I do” at the most unique & enchanting wedding venue I have ever had the privilege of photographing at!!! This privately owned farm in Brookfield Wisconsin, named Wildcat Creek for the clear, babbling brook running through it, has been lovingly & meticulously converted into the PERFECT place to host any memorable event. (I cannot wait for you to see all of the detail photos later in this post!!!). I was utterly charmed to realize that the same attention to detail & zeal for all things vintage that the venue owners have for their property, carried over into Brianna & Luke’s carefully curated wedding attire & decor. Everywhere one turned, there were vignettes & spaces & arrangements that delighted the eyes & uplifted the spirit. Brianna & her girls got ready in the updated farmhouse, & I still swoon when I lay eyes on her ornate dress, shoes, jewelry, veil, etc. etc.! Brianna was a stunning bride, no doubt!! The private first looks she shared with her brother, father, & soon-to-be husband were par for the emotional course of B+L’s entire wedding day. Let me tell you, there was no shortage of love, affection, & appreciation in the midst of this crew. Guests had the excitement of walking over the bridge & through the woods to a private ceremony site, adorned in lace & lanterns. A special couples’ cocktail & lemonades awaited them in rustic a woodpile maze for refreshment while we photographed family portraits. B+L’s family & guests were such a joy to work with from beginning to end, and I will certainly never forget how it felt to BE, to exist, in such a perfect place with the most jovial people.
