Weddings

Elise & Darren’s wedding kicked off my 2014 spring wedding season, and WOW what a stunner it was!  Everything about the day was perfect.  The soon-to-be-newlyweds & their bridal party got ready at the Delafield Hotel, then took a quick trolley ride to St. Johns Northwestern Military Academy where they exchanged their vows.  St. Johns is my favorite church in the Lake Country area for obvious reasons.  I have just the right lenses to bring out the colors, stonework, and gorgeous natural light coming through the stained glass windows to really capture what it feels like to get married in that grand place!  The Legend at Brandybrook was transformed into a vintage-chic, flowery, romantic dream room for Elise & Darren’s reception, imagined and brought to life by Tiara Gamez of “Events to a T.”  Sound by Design carried the party long into the night, and if the guests were anything like me, I left on Cloud 9 myself, giddy about the gorgeousness and FUN from the entire day!!  Without further ado, I will let the photos tell the romantic tale themselves~
