Being a country girl at heart, I was thrilled when bride-to-be Emily, inquiring about wedding photography, shared with me that she and her fiancé Adam were planning their big day at the Gathering Barn in Fort Atkinson!! As she was describing the property to me and her desires for the photography, I never could’ve imagined how truly beautiful, classy, fun, and relaxed this place is. E+A had the most perfect June day to get married, with the warm sun shining and the melodies of the Piper Road String Band floating through the country air. My goal with every wedding and session I photograph is to not just document the events, but to capture the feeling of what it was like to be in that place at that time. They were such a delightful, loving couple, and their bridal party and guests made the party so special and complete! I highly recommend that any couple looking for a rustic-chic venue considering the Gathering Barn!
