This summer I whisked our kids off on an adventure, as I tend to do on any given beautiful day in Wisconsin :). This was a special outing which included 7th birthday portraits for our girl (& ice cream cones at the end)!! The boys & I dressed up too because I have really been wanting a good “mommy & me” photo, & that day I felt particularly willing to lug the tripod a great distance to get one. {Yes, I take all of our “professional” photos myself}. I had never been to the Horicon Marsh, so we all had a lovely time romping around & admiring the new scenery, & of course, snapping a photo here, snapping a photo there. These babes, our adventures, the sweet & simple memories we make together, are absolutely priceless to me. Here are a few of my favorite photographs that I will treasure forever; they are only this little once <3.
