“A great love is the way to joy…”

Savannah & Michael have found just that in each other- a great love and lots of joy!! I first met Savannah when I photographed her senior pictures years ago, a young woman full of life & promise, just about to set out on a grand adventure in college. Little did I know that she would meet her best friend and forever mate, Michael, there at Carroll University. During his speech at their Delafield Hotel reception, the father of the groom reminisced about the phone call he got from Michael years ago saying, “Dad, I just asked out the most beautiful girl on campus.” We could not be more delighted and thankful for the love and respect Savannah & Michael share, and how that is reflected back to their friends, family, and co-workers. Their wedding day was truly top-notch and incredibly beautiful from beginning to end. The day began with rain and premonitions of storms, but as you will see, turned sunny and warm in time for us to photograph outside at a local private Delafield farm. Magnolia Floral Shoppe (Hartland, Wi) left everyone breathless with their stunning bouquets and centerpiece designs. Every detail pulled together went above and beyond all dreams, hopes, and expectations of the couple; but the thing that shone most brightly and will endure long past this day is the solid bond that Savannah & Michael possess. It has been a pleasure knowing Michael & Savannah together.
My prayer on the morning of every wedding I photograph is that I would be a special added blessing to the couple and their guests on that day, and that their wedding photography would continue to bless them for the rest of their lives.
