Taylor + Bryan’s Oconomowoc Golf Club Wedding is one for the books! Ever since I met Taylor + Bryan during their Nashotah Park engagement Session, I have had an affinity for this lovely couple. Why? It is simple: because they are clearly crazy about each other and 100% committed to their forever love! Although they met while working at Aurora St. Luke’s in Milwaukee, WI, Taylor + Bryan have also kept their fire going over long distance while Bryan furthered his medical education in Ohio. The last time I saw Taylor + Bryan, I could tell how eager they both were to begin their married life, together + under the same roof! Their smiles, easy banter, super snuggles, and endless laughter testify to the incredible love they have been blessed to find in one another. As you can imagine and will soon see, their wedding was FULL of all of the above!! It made their wedding photos among my career favorites, THUS, you are all in for a chock-full blog post… and this is only Part I :)!! I was truly honored to be chosen to serve Taylor + Bryan on their big day, alongside my bestie Sabrina Keepman Photography (because dude, I was 8+ months pregnant!), and other wonderful vendors such as Lindsey Burkwald of LRB Events & Design, the gentlemen of Sound By Design making the party happen (as you’ll see in Part II), and Bake by Kayla for the win with the beautiful + delicious dessert table!! Of their vision and style for their Oconomowoc Golf Club wedding, Taylor wrote, “We wanted a rustic modern look; something that was cozy and comfortable, yet sparkly and elegant. We picked fall because who doesn’t love fall in Wisconsin? The colors are incredible, weather is amazing, and we somewhat wanted that to reflect in our design. Our ceremony was outside, and we wanted to continue all that beauty indoors as well.” As the beautiful bride reflected on their amazing day, she shared with me that her favorite memory was, “seeing our vision come alive. It was everything we had pictured and more. After all the planning and time that goes into the day, it was amazing watching it all unfold. It truly felt like a dream. Most importantly though, my favorite memory is all the LOVE that was in the room. It was truly our BEST day ever, & we are grateful to continue to relive it through all our photos!”
